Terms of Service & agreement.

Agreement to Terms.

By accessing futservicepro.com or purchasing any service through our order forms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

Nature of Services.

We only collect information strictly necessary to fulfill your order and communicate with you:

Account Access & Client Responsibilities.

For services requiring temporary account access (piloted runs):

Accurate Credentials: You must provide valid login details and working single-use EA Backup Codes.
Console Status: You agree to remain logged out of EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Team while our pro is actively playing to prevent match disconnects and automatic forfeits.
Post-Service Security: While we purge credentials immediately upon completion, you are required to change your account password once your order is fulfilled.
Asset Protection: You confirm that you have not left critical sellable assets or unassigned items in a state that prevents match entry.

Order Initiation & Verification Policy

Mandatory Order Initiation: After completing payment, the customer must contact our official support handle on X (Twitter) @futservicepro or WhatsApp quoting their unique Order Reference ID (#submission_id).
Service Window Kickoff:: The delivery timeframe begins from the moment the customer establishes contact on X and confirms their account availability.
Refund Eligibility: If a rank is not achieved, refunds are processed back to the original Stripe payment method within 1 to 3 business days following verification on X.

Payments & Pricing.
